Community & Prohibited Items Rules
What belongs on RESALE
RESALE is a local-pickup marketplace for physical shoes, clothing, wearable fashion accessories, collectibles, and trading cards. Only list items you own or are authorized to sell, with accurate photos, condition, price, and authenticity information.
Prohibited listings
Do not list stolen goods; counterfeits or replicas that infringe intellectual property; recalled, unsafe, or unlawful products; weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapon parts; drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products; medicines or medical devices; hazardous materials; live animals or protected wildlife products; sexual services or explicit adult material; personal information, identity documents, accounts, financial instruments, gift cards, digital-only goods, or services. Do not list goods outside the supported categories or disguise a prohibited item as a collectible. When in doubt, ask support before listing.
Respect other members
No threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, stalking, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, spam, impersonation, or solicitation of passwords or verification codes. Do not upload another person’s ID. Do not pressure anyone into unsafe meetings or advance payments. No users under 18.
Report, block, and appeal
Use Report on a listing to flag prohibited or misleading content. Use Block seller on a listing or the blocking control in a chat to block another member; manage blocks in Account settings. For message abuse, privacy violations, or other issues, email joinresale@gmail.com with the relevant username/listing reference and description. Share only the minimum evidence needed; never include passwords or ID images. Blocking restricts interactions within RESALE and does not prevent contact outside the platform. For immediate danger, call 911; support is not an emergency service.
Enforcement and intellectual property
Listings may be screened automatically and reviewed by admins before publication. Confirmed violations can lead to removal, posting restrictions, or loss of access. To appeal, contact joinresale@gmail.com. To report copyright or trademark infringement, send the specific listing URL, a description of the protected work or mark, your contact details, and an explanation of your ownership or authorization and the alleged infringement. We may request additional information and remove or restrict content where appropriate. This contact process is not a representation that we have registered a DMCA agent.
